How long do the meals last?
Fresh meals will last for up to 7-10 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, or up to 12 weeks in the freezer if frozen upon delivery.
When do you deliver?
To find the home delivery options for your area, please enter your postcode in our Delivery Finder (https://www.mymusclechef.com/delivery). For Metro areas; Order before Saturday midnight cut off and choose between Wednesday, Thursday or Friday delivery. Order before Tuesday midnight cut off and choose between Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday delivery.

Are your meals Halal?

How do I warm up my meals if I don’t have a microwave?
All your meals are tested and tweaked based on how they taste and hold up when heated in the microwave, so this is our recommended heating method. As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan. Please note - our meal containers are microwave safe, but should not be placed in the oven or on the stove.
Can I have my boxes collected?

Can I change the meals in the plans?
Meals in our Fixed Sets (https://www.mymusclechef.com/plans#fixed-sets) cannot____ be substituted or changed. You are able to swap out the meals in our Weight Loss, Muscle Gain and Performance plans from a range of selected alternatives. How do I change the meals on my Subscription?

Can I cancel my order?
We use fresh ingredients weekly and cook our meals to order every week. Due to this reason to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, any cancellation requests made after this time cannot be honoured as your meals will already be prepared. Therefore, you will be charged the full amount of the order. How do pick up locations work?
As an alternative to home delivery you can have your meals delivered to one of our pickup locations in NSW. Please note, deliveries to pick up locations are on specific days and you can get more information using the Pickup Map. You will be able to view the list of Pickup locations once you select Pickup as your delivery method on the checkout page.
How much is delivery?
Please use our Delivery Finder (https://www.mymusclechef.com/delivery) to find the home delivery fees for your area. Please note, additional boxes will incur a $5 surcharge.
What's the deal with vacuum sealing?
Vacuum sealing removes all oxygen from your meals, without introducing anything else into the container. This means no unknown additives are needed, there are no weird tastes from preservatives, and your meals will taste just as good if you eat them the day they’re delivered or if you eat them 7-10 days later!
How do I warm up my meals?
If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook. If frozen, heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Take out and stir every minute or so to ensure consistency.
Are your meals Dairy/Gluten/Wheat/Crustacean Free?
As we prep all our meals in bulk within a commercial kitchen, unfortunately we cannot guarantee meals are Gluten Free/Dairy/Wheat/Crustacean Free. Our Nutritional Values and Ingredients can be viewed for all meals on our Menu (https://www.mymusclechef.com/menu). We strongly suggest taking the time to read our Disclaimer (https://www.mymusclechef.com/disclaimer) prior to purchasing our products.
What happens if I live in a secured apartment?
If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If no one is available to collect your delivery please arrange a suitable time with our staff prior to the delivery date. If the driver is unable to access the apartment, they will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building. Please contact us on (02) 8103 4293 and speak to our staff to organise the delivery instructions to nominate a safe drop point.
Are there any contracts?
We have different options available and you can cancel at any time, please see below; Weekly Subscription: This acts as an automated Direct Debit service. What day does payment get debited?
Everyone will be charged one day before their applicable cut off. E.G. If you order on a Thursday, their next charge will be on the following Friday E.G. If you order on a Saturday, their next charge will be the following Friday

How will my meals be delivered?
Your meals will be delivered fresh on your selected delivery date, in a recyclable cardboard box with ice packs and insulated with a wool liner to keep your meals cool until you’re ready to stash them in your fridge or freezer.
What’s the difference between Daily Planner and Menu Builder?
The Daily Planner (https://www.mymusclechef.com/planner) allows you to build your own custom meal plan by selecting individual meals to fit your calorie goal and macros for each day. This option is best if you know what your daily calorie intake is and want to plan exactly which meals and snacks to have on each day (eg to match your training schedule). Our Menu Builder (https://www.mymusclechef.com/menu) is the quickest way to select the meals you like - just add to cart straight from the Menu!
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major Credit Cards alternatively we take payments via PayPal or Zippay. To update your payment details, please contact us on (02) 8103 4293 We are available Monday - Friday between 9am and 6pm.
What do I do with the packaging?

Do I have to be home for delivery?
No - our driver will leave the delivery at the front door if you are not home. If you have any special delivery instructions please add them to the Additional Info section when placing your order. The food is delivered in a sealed insulated box packed with gel ice packs, which keep your meals cool and able to be left in a shaded area for up to 8 hours.
What prices are your meals?
We have set packs starting from $89.95. If you are building your own meal plan, the more meals you order at one time will result in a lower price per meal. Our meal plan prices are excluding delivery.

Do I get anything for referring my friends?
Absolutely! Create an account (https://www.mymusclechef.com/signup) or log in to your existing account (https://www.mymusclechef.com/signin) and grab your unique referral code to share with your mates. Make sure they use your referral code when they place an order - they’ll receive $20 off their first order and you’ll receive $20 credit on your account to use on any future order!
Where do you deliver?

I forgot to pick up my meals, what happens now?
Our pickup locations do not have refrigeration facilities and you MUST pick up your meals on the designated delivery day during the staffed hours. Please note, depending on the pickup location, all uncollected meals will be disposed off after a 24-48 hour period as the meals will be completely defrosted and unsafe to consume. My Muscle Chef will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to pick up the meals on the day of delivery.
I ordered after the cutoff, can I get my delivery sooner?

Are the containers BPA-free?
Your meal containers and the plastic used for the vacuum seal are BPA-free and microwave safe - no need to worry about nasty chemicals getting into your food!
How do I cancel my order?

What time can I pickup?
Pickup locations are only available for NSW and there are set times for each pickup point. Please use the Pickup Map (https://www.mymusclechef.com/delivery) to get more details about your desired pickup location.
I have a promo code, why isn’t it working?
Please contact us on 1300 364 993 and speak to our staff. Please note, discounts or promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be transferred or refunded for cash. Furthermore, My Muscle Chef Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any promotion or discount without prior notice. Only a single discount or promotion code per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
Can I choose my meals?
You can create an order with the meals you love direct from our Menu (https://www.mymusclechef.com/menu) - simply click to add a meal to your cart and check out when you’re happy with your menu! Alternatively, you can create your own custom meal plan with our Daily Planner (https://www.mymusclechef.com/planner). This option allows you to build your own plan by selecting individual meals to fit your calorie goal and macros for each day.
Do you have Gift Vouchers?

I have a credit, where do I use it?
Please ensure you’re logged into your profile and upon section 3 of ‘Order Information’ you’ll be able to apply your account credit by clicking on the red highlighted "Apply" button.
How many meals fit in one box?
Maximum is 32.
I have credit on my account, can I cash it out?
Account Credits can only be redeemed when placing an order and cannot be cashed out for a dollar value. Alternatively, we can transfer credits to a new or existing membership account of My Muscle Chef.
Can I customise my referral code?
Yes - within reason. Please contact our Support team at email@example.com with the email address associated with your account, and what you would like your referral code to be changed to. As long as the requested code is available and is not offensive (keep it wholesome!) we’re happy to update this for you.
Will all my meals be delivered at once?
Yes, your full order will be delivered on the selected delivery day.
