In alignment with World Health Organisation and the Australian government’s protocols regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), My Muscle Chef has a strict Personal Hygiene Standard to provide instruction to all staff and to ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibility in following these instructions. It is an offence for staff to work as food handlers if they carry any infectious disease.

Customer Support - Easter 2021 Staffed Hours
Our Customer Support team will be available for support only via email and our staffed hours will be slightly reduced during the Easter period. We will be staffed 9am - 5pm on Good Friday (2nd April), Easter Saturday (3rd April), Easter Sunday (4th April) and Easter Monday (5th April). We will resume normal staffed hours from Tuesday 6th April.
