How do I place an order for Challenge meals?
Participants of the Challenge must be a member of an F45 club. Orders must be placed using their member details by logging in via the app or site.

Our ordering site is live each Monday at 10am until the following Monday unless sold out prior.

Please note: Order for Week 1 will open on Tuesday 16/3/21 at noon. This will be only for Week 1 and the usual time will revert back to Monday 10am for following weeks of Challenge 31. 

Can I reserve a place for each week of the Challenge?
As there are over 180,000 passionate members participating in the Challenge nation wide, we strongly recommend jumping on as early as possible Monday 10am to place your order for the upcoming week.

When do I need to place an order by each week?
Orders for Challenge meals close on Monday for delivery on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, so you’ll be set for the following Challenge week starting Monday.

What areas do you deliver Challenge meals to?
We deliver to metro NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA. For regional and country areas, best to get in touch with our support staff via team@mymusclechef.com or phone us on (02) 8103 4293

WA deliveries of Challenge meals have not yet been approved, so we are not currently able to ship to WA.

Do you have any discounts for Challenge meals?
Discounts are not applicable during the Challenge.

I missed the deadline, can I still place an order?
Due to the high demand from active participants nationwide, we’re unable to process any orders after the Monday 10am cutoff.

There’s an issue with my delivery, can you fix it?

Delivery FAQs

How will my meals be delivered?
Your meals are cooked to order each week, then vacuum sealed before being delivered fresh on your selected delivery date, in a recyclable cardboard box with ice packs and insulated with a wool liner to keep your meals cool until you’re ready to stash them in your fridge or freezer.

Vacuum sealing removes all oxygen from your meals, without introducing anything else into the container.

This means no unknown additives are needed, there are no weird tastes from preservatives, and your meals will taste just as good if you eat them the day they’re delivered or if you eat them 7-10 days later!

Your meal containers and the plastic used for the vacuum seal are BPA-free and microwave safe - no need to worry about nasty chemicals getting into your food!

What do I do with the box and wool liner?
The thermal liners are recyclable and suitable for depositing at soft plastic collection points.

The cardboard delivery box can be placed in your recyclables bin (bin with yellow lid).

Food FAQs

How do I warm up my meals?
If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. It's best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook.

If frozen, heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Take out and stir every minute or so to ensure consistency.

How do I warm up my meals if I don’t have a microwave?
All your meals are tested and tweaked based on how they taste and hold up when heated in the microwave, so this is our recommended heating method.

As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan.

Please note - our meal containers are microwave safe, but should not be placed in the oven or on the stove.

How do I store my meals?
Vacuum sealing means you’re able to enjoy FRESH meals from your fridge for 7-10 days.

They’ll taste exactly as the Chef intended, and you’re free to eat them at your own pace, knowing they’re safe and sound tucked away in your fridge until you’re ready to eat them.

Not only does vacuum sealing keep your meals tasty and fresh for ages in the fridge, you can also store the Chef’s vacuum sealed meals in your freezer for up to three months.

Because there’s no oxygen in your meals, they hold up better frozen too. You’ll enjoy great tasting meals from the fridge or the freezer - whichever is most convenient for you!

Are your meals Dairy/Gluten/Wheat/Crustacean Free?
As we prep all our meals in bulk within a commercial kitchen, unfortunately we cannot guarantee meals are Gluten Free/Dairy/Wheat/Crustacean Free. Our Nutritional Values and Ingredients can be viewed for all meals by clicking on the image on our Menu.
